HOW IT WORKS:
If you decide the bed or lounge product you have purchased isn't quite the one for you - you can swap it! Notify our team that you would like to swap - return the item to our distribution center within 14 days of your delivery and pick a new product. Easy!
If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return and swap, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return and swap, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be in the ownership of the original purchaser.
- Any item soiled, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return and swap.
- You are responsible for the cost of return delivery.
CHOOSING YOUR NEW MATTRESS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and swap. If you are approved, our team will work alongside you to help you choose the right product for you. The product you choose to swap with must be of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. If you choose to upgrade you will be required to pay the difference before delivery.
RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES:
You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
